Belview Baptist requests reimbursement agreement for water/sewer extension; resident raises reporting questions

During the public comment period, Faye Pinnix asked whether the town maintains a list of requirements from the North Carolina League of Municipalities that the town must meet to remain in good standing with the state and whether the Town Attorney receives quarterly reports on property owners who are delinquent in fees owed to the town. Pinnix also requested that the Town Attorney be provided a microphone during meetings because it is often difficult to hear him.
