The Greeley City Golf Advisory Board met Jan. 8, 2026, and approved the Nov. 13, 2025 minutes and the meeting agenda by 6-0 votes, according to the meeting minutes. Pat Gilliam called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. and participated in the votes.
The board conducted nominations for leadership. Patrick McMillen initially nominated Mike Sage for chair, but following discussion Pat Gilliam agreed to serve another year and the board voted to reelect him; the minutes state the chair vote was recorded as 5-0. Patti Brug, the incumbent vice chair, asked if anyone else wanted the position and was reelected vice chair; the minutes record that vote as 5-0. The minutes do not list a formal mover and seconder for the chair or vice chair elections beyond the roll call and the recorded voice vote.
