Greeley liquor board continues multiple renewal and transfer matters to Feb. 13

The board opened item 5 for Colorado Wings LLC, doing business as Wingstop at 2718 11th Avenue. Joseph Chagru, who identified himself on the call, acknowledged receipt of the advisement and complaint; the judge warned, “If they’re able to prove those [allegations] ... it could be a fine, it could be a suspension, and it can also up to revocation of license.” City attorney representative Tanner Spracklin said the parties had a proposed resolution and asked to draft a formal stipulation; the judge agreed to set the matter over to Feb. 13.
The authority likewise set Old Chicago Taproom 2 LLC (Old Chicago #10) over after John Bowler, appearing for the licensee, said he had reviewed the paperwork and preferred to confer with city counsel before a hearing. Counsel Becky Vecchio (Clark Hill) and the city agreed to discuss renewal paperwork for two 7‑Eleven locations and attempt to resolve those matters without a live hearing; Vecchio noted she may be unavailable on Feb. 13 because of jury service and the judge said counsel may substitute another attorney or request a continuance if necessary.
City staff asked that Chipotle (store #910807) be set for an in‑person hearing after reporting no contact from the licensee; the judge warned that if a licensee fails to appear at the next date, the city may move to find a failure to respond and seek nonrenewal. Several matters that lacked onsite appearances (including Girls Grub Inc., doing business as Doug’s Diner) were continued to the same Feb. 13 docket to allow applicants time to appear or to default to revocation if they do not.
The board approved Dec. 19 minutes without correction and discussed adding suspended‑time compliance reviews to future agendas so the authority can track suspended days through 2027–2028.
The authority’s next scheduled hearing is Feb. 13 at 1 p.m. via Zoom; the judge said that if parties execute stipulations in writing before then, he could sign off without a hearing.
