Titusville Area SD reports summer facilities work, passes district lead and copper water tests

Atkins commended maintenance and custodial employees for preparations ahead of the new school year.
Atkins also reported that the district passed the annual lead and copper water tests. The minutes record that testing met required standards; no specific test figures were included.
On a separate item, Atkins presented a quote to clean, resurface and paint the Burgess Park tennis courts. Business Manager Shawn Sampson said funding for the resurfacing would come from community donations and Rockets Online Campus funds. The minutes did not list a dollar figure for the work.
