Uniontown’s City Council approved Resolution 1869 on March 9 accepting the Boise Creek Cove final plat, a proposed 18‑lot subdivision located east of Farmland Street and north and south of Battersea Avenue.
Planning Director Chris Besany told the council the property is a single parcel of just under ten acres zoned moderate-density single-family residential (R-2). He said the preliminary plat had been approved previously and that the final plat shows 18 residential lots, a stormwater detention pond and critical-area tracts; required infrastructure and certifications have been provided and bonds were posted with the city. The hearing examiner held a public hearing in June 2023 and issued a recommendation for approval subject to conditions; staff confirmed those conditions have been met.
After the staff recommendation, a council member moved to approve the resolution and the council adopted Resolution 1869 by voice vote.
