"You are not obligated for all of these projects," she said, urging the board that changes could still be made during the budget work sessions.
After discussion about parks projects, trails, and potential economic-development priorities, a motion to table the CIP for further consideration passed by voice vote. The manager said staff will continue using the CIP numbers as a plug figure while preparing the May recommended budget and will return with revised materials for further deliberation.
