The Titusville Area School District committee met on Sept. 8, 2025, in the high school boardroom to review routine business, program updates and a set of recommendations to forward to the full school board. President Lynn Cressman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the session adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
In public comment, Uriah Sampson, THS baseball assistant coach, presented a proposal for a March 2026 spring-training trip to Vero Beach, Florida, saying the itinerary would include two scrimmages and two games for both the JV and varsity teams. Sampson said the district’s expected direct costs would be a substitute teacher for his classes and transportation to and from the airport and that additional chaperones would be recruited; he noted the team would be absent for two school days and time would be allotted for schoolwork.
Superintendent Stephanie Keebler reviewed routine items and presented personnel schedules and related recommendations, including resignations (A #194), professional appointments (B #129) and multiple support-staff items. These…
