Board places Dec. cash transactions, senior-center amendments and park change orders on Jan. 27 consent agenda

Several routine items were presented to the Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District board and will be considered together on the Jan. 27 consent agenda after no board member objected during the study session.
Tiffany Hooten reviewed HRMD26-100 (December 2025 cash and investment transactions) and the Chair asked whether anyone objected to placing the item on the Jan. 27 consent agenda; none objected. Project Engineer John Donakowski presented HRMD26-102, ratification of Highlands Ranch Senior Center contract amendments for additional services (including design work to establish water and drainage easement boundaries for a water-quality pond and preparation of legal-description exhibits tied to a replat related to a land swap with Mountain View Church), and HRMD26-103, ratification of Toepfer Park Change Orders No. 4 and 5, a change purchase order with DesignScapes for additional elements (including a revised family plaque), and release of retainage to DesignScapes following proper advertisement and no response.
General Manager Stephanie Stanley presented HRMD25-105 to confirm the District's designated posting location for board meeting notices and said exhibits are being added online while a physical on-site backup posting remains available.
All four items were referred to the Jan. 27 consent agenda for formal action.
