"I have spent my career in education because I believe in what exceptional schools can do for students and the community," Stahlbaum said, describing the district as "a corporation with a dedicated staff and invested families. Together, we thrive due to our partnerships focused on learning, empowerment, and community."
Stahlbaum said the district will host "meet and greet sessions throughout the community over the next several months" and that schedules and details will be shared on the district's social media accounts, website and via ParentSquare.
She framed her leadership priorities around the district vision. "Our vision at Center Grove is to ensure all students receive an exceptional educational experience," Stahlbaum said, adding that she looks forward to collaborating with families and staff "to develop our students as knowledgeable, confident, and responsible citizens."
Stahlbaum closed by thanking the community for its welcome, expressing eagerness to hear what residents are proud of in the district and encouraging participation in upcoming outreach events.
