Staff presented a small-scale comprehensive-plan amendment and companion rezoning for a property at 4538 Mayflower Street to change the future land use from commercial to rural residential and the zoning from Neighborhood Business (BA) to Rural Estates (AR2). Staff said the Middleburg Clay Hills Citizens Advisory Committee heard the proposal on March 16 and voted 6–0 in favor, and that staff found the application met the comprehensive-plan criteria.
No members of the public offered comment. Commissioners moved and approved the comprehensive-plan amendment and the rezoning; both items will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for final action at the BCC meeting on April 28.
