Councilman Tom Luster moved to approve the action; Councilwoman Ashley Nixon seconded. Voting in favor were Councilwoman Nixon, Councilman Luster, Councilman Belinoski and Councilwoman Kaye Maglitto. Councilman Stone abstained; the motion carried.
Mayor William Brown asked whether council members had questions before each motion; none were raised. The council received no public comment during the Citizens Inquiry period.
