Willow Springs board approves a slate of IGAs, park improvements, licenses and reappointments

Willow Springs’ village board voted on a package of intergovernmental agreements, capital purchases, business licenses and commission reappointments at its April 11 meeting, approving each item by roll call.
The board approved an amendment to a July 2022 intergovernmental agreement to allow a final payment and extend the agreement term through the end of the year. President Nanaimo provided background that the amendment leaves the rest of the IGA in full force and noted that Winnetka has budgeted the $100,000 purchase and is pursuing a grant but intends to complete the purchase if the grant is not awarded.
