Colleen Monahan, who identified herself as pipe major for Tunes of Glory, thanked the city for permitting the group's rehearsals and said the band “really love[s] being … here in Warrenville helping support the community.”
Alderman Lockett made the motion to recommend council approval; Alderman Wilkie seconded. The committee voted in favor with no recorded opposition.
The amendment presented in the meeting materials extends the term of the existing arrangement and does not change the reported in‑kind performance commitments. The committee did not discuss changes to fees or new conditions for facility use. The recommendation will move to a future City Council meeting for final action.
