The Warrenville City Council approved Resolution R2025‑56 to accept a change order to the city's BSNA Software LLC contract for municipal enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation.
According to staff, implementation previously included several small change orders; the latest change order reduces the contract by roughly $33,000 by eliminating one integration between the ERP and the city's citizen engagement software. Staff reported the overall contract was initially just over $446,000 and that cumulative net reductions to date total $33,855. City staff said the change reflects a decision by code‑enforcement and community development staff that the integration was not desirable for how those teams will use the system.
The resolution passed on roll call with council unanimous in favor.
