At the close of the preliminary remarks, the chair stated, "And there will be no reportable action," indicating the closed session would not produce any decisions or actions to be disclosed to the public at this time. The chair did not state the subject of the closed session during these remarks.
The board recessed into closed session and is scheduled to return for its regularly scheduled meeting at 9:00 a.m.
