Colusa County Transportation Commission hears AI surveying progress and city project updates

City of Colusa representative Mr. Swarz reported the Wescott Project is ongoing, that the City is coordinating with Caltrans on signal logistics, and that the City expects some Caltrans construction funds for a traffic signal at Fremont and Sioc Street.
Commissioner Don Parsons reported on behalf of the City of Williams that the E Street Project remains in progress, that the city has a new city manager, Yvonne Kimball, and that there are lighting issues on Highway 20 and Highway 5 the city hopes to resolve with Caltrans.
The Transit Manager and California Highway Patrol reported no items at this meeting. No public comments or detailed project budgets were recorded in the excerpted minutes.
