Brandon resident urges patience and kindness toward service workers after workplace incident

A council member responded briefly, thanking Van Horn and noting that traffic from the nearby interstate can bring people into Brandon who might not treat local employees respectfully. The council acknowledged the comment during the public-comment period; no formal action was taken.
