An applicant representative said the parcel aligns with neighboring properties that have already been rezoned to C-2 and submitted materials showing the parcel’s location on Mammoth Creek Road. Staff reported two emailed comments in support and no messages in opposition.
The commission opened the public hearing; nobody spoke. A motion to recommend approval to the county commission was moved and seconded and passed by voice vote.
Next steps: staff will prepare the recommendation package for the county commission’s consideration.
