The speaker emphasized site logistics — including access and laydown areas for materials, storm‑drainage equipment and safety — as a critical early focus that will affect efficiency and site safety. He said recent stakeholder meetings with coaches led to modest scope pivots that will be incorporated into the design.
Board members were told the construction sequence will begin with clearing and leveling, followed by retaining walls and drainage work. The representative said further updates will be provided as permitting and testing progress.
