The council also approved a Parks Committee recommendation to adopt a Park Adoption Policy and adopted an Arbor Day Proclamation. A motion to deny an operator license for Zachariah Williams passed 6-0; the minutes record the denial but do not state the grounds.
In a change affecting public access, the council approved modified Friday public hours for City Hall.
