Edgerton awards Washington Street reconstruction to RT Fox after closed‑session review of bid issues

The Edgerton Common Council voted March 2 to award the Washington Street reconstruction contract to RT Fox following a closed‑session review of bid issues.

Earlier in the meeting the council authorized entering closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) to "confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved," specifically citing consideration of bid issues on the Washington Street Project.
