Director Denise Yates moved to approve the insurance renewal and Director Victoria Bartholomew seconded. The motion carried unanimously; the minutes record seven ayes from Luke Berardelli, Merilu Hill, Karin Pilarski, Robin Thompson, Andrea Walker, Denise Yates and Victoria Bartholomew.
The board also formally approved minutes from its Nov. 18, 2024 voting session. Director Victoria Bartholomew moved to approve the minutes; Director Robin Thompson seconded, and the motion carried with the same seven-member affirmative vote.
