The ordinance amendment, adopted after a motion from Councilmember Lane Kindle and second from Councilmember Debbie Johnson, inserts a location qualifier "north of the dam," replaces the prior enumerated phrases "bow and arrow, crossbow" with the broader term "archery equipment," and adds a reference to "Cherokee Nation Title 29." Council members recorded unanimous "Yes" votes on the final passage as entered in the minutes.
