Bonham council approves site plan for South Village at The Country Club Village

The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval at its Oct. 16, 2025 meeting. At the Nov. 10 council meeting, Sam Fox moved and Ernie Quintana seconded adoption of a resolution to approve the site plan; the motion carried unanimously, 6-0.
No detailed site engineering or permitting timelines were discussed in the minutes; the council approved the site plan resolution, which allows the applicant to proceed with required next steps through city permitting and inspections.
