Council approved pool days and hours of operation as Tuesday–Sunday, 1:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., with the option to close 6:00–8:00 p.m. for private rentals. The approved pool season runs June 2 through August 9, 2026. The council set hourly pay caps: head lifeguard up to $17.00/hour; pool manager up to $21.00/hour; returning lifeguards up to $16.00/hour; returning concession stand employees up to $12.50/hour; and new concession stand employees up to $10.00/hour. The city will pay 50% toward lifeguard certification and 100% for City Secretary Angelica Lombardi.
