Residents press Clyde council for EDC financial transparency and warn of infrastructure shortfalls

At the tax-rate hearing Wingert also criticized local infrastructure, saying, “we have failing water lines, potholes, and poor road conditions,” and questioned the city’s enforcement of code for abandoned buildings and overgrown lots, arguing that enforcement would help beautify the town.
Bo Davidson, another resident, questioned whether the budget’s listed expenses were sufficient.
