Clyde council unanimously removes obsolete planning‑and‑zoning references from city code

Interim City Administrator Rodger Brown told the council the ordinances were corrective edits to take outdated references to the Planning and Zoning Commission out of the zoning and subdivision exhibits. Councilmember David Mann moved the zoning amendment (Exhibit 14A); Aimee Jolly seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Mann also moved the subdivision amendment (Exhibit 10A); Danny White seconded and that motion likewise carried unanimously.
