These reports were informational; no formal committee actions or votes were recorded in the staff meeting minutes. The Board held an executive session beginning at 9:58 a.m. under ORS 192.660(2)(d) and ORS 192.660(4), and adjourned the staff meeting at 10:22 a.m.
