Committee member (speaker 6) moved to approve the change; Mrs. Watkins (speaker 4) seconded. Chair (speaker 3) called the voice vote and members responded 'Aye,' approving the contract change at the meeting.
The amendment was adopted on a voice vote with no roll-call tally recorded in the meeting transcript. The board indicated the change is limited to the rescind/withdrawal provision described on page 9 of the co-op agreement.
