Council deadlocks 2–2 on manufactured-home permit; SUP for 839 N. Prairieville fails

The motion failed on a 2–2 vote, so the Specific Use Permit was not approved.
Because the motion failed, there is no ordinance adoption permitting the manufactured home at the subject property. The council did not set a date for reconsideration during the meeting.
