The Athens City Council approved a resolution on Jan. 12 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Ron Hobbs Architect for Phase 1 improvements at O.D. Baggett Park.
City Manager Elizabeth Borstad said Phase 1 work will include rotating the existing softball field and adding pavement to expand parking.
