The council moved and approved the resolution to open the lockbox and then approved the fee-schedule ordinance after a roll-call vote. The clerk recorded affirmative votes from the commissioners in attendance.
Staff said the fee update is administrative and intended to ensure invoicing reflects the vendor's guidance and federal cost-reporting data; the new rates will be posted and take effect Jan. 1, 2026.
