Rhodes outlined community programming — mentorship for ages 6–18, back‑to‑school and college trunk events, and business support — and trustees discussed unit configuration and down‑payment figures.
Next steps: staff said they will move the winery license and the Harold's Chicken relocation requests forward on the agenda and will bring the fraternity lease back for formal action with clarified lease amounts and unit descriptions.
