The Jurupa Valley Planning Commission on Feb. 11 approved a conditional use permit (CUP 24002) and site development permit (SDP 25147) for a proposed restaurant with on-site alcohol sales at 5667 Mission Boulevard, adopting revised conditions the commission read into the record.
Senior Planner Renee Aguilar told the commission the application, MA 24018, requests a restaurant with on-site sale and consumption of beer, wine and distilled spirits and that staff recommends approval, noting the project is categorically exempt from CEQA under section 15301 for existing facilities. "Tonight, I will be presenting MA 24018, a continued public hearing for Titanic Sevichabar, located at 5667 Mission Boulevard," Aguilar said during her presentation of the site plan, elevations and recommended conditions.
The commission’s approval included a set of specific conditions focusing on public-safety staffing, hours of operation and staged timing for exterior work.
