Supervisor Smith reported he had solicited three quotes and described replacement needs as part of the equipment plan; the board also approved a separate purchase of a 2026 John Deere Z930M ZTrak lawn mower for the courthouse for $14,200 (KC Nielsen LTD) on Smith's motion.
