Staff advised the commission that permit issuance and weekly coordination are ongoing as the developer moves forward with site work. A separate conditional use permit for a contractor's office was noted as approved earlier but has seen little or no subsequent activity.
The commission did not take additional formal action related to the reservoir at the meeting; staff reported construction progress and continued permit coordination.
