On the action agenda, the board approved the University of Pittsburgh MAPS program agreement for 2021–22 (motion moved by Mr. Kearney, seconded by Mrs. Eckenrode); the AHN Chill Project agreement effective Aug. 1, 2021–July 31, 2022 pending final solicitor review (moved by Mr. Kraemer, seconded by Mr. Choura); an agreement with Automated Logic to monitor the high-school kitchen HVAC system not to exceed $16,200 (moved by Mrs. Zeleznik, seconded by Mr. Kraemer); a Special Counsel Agreement with Weiss, Burkardt, Kramer LLC (moved by Mr. Choura, seconded by Mr. Kearney); approval of the ARP ESSER III Chartiers Valley School District Plan Summary (moved by Mrs. Zeleznik, seconded by Dr. Mariano); and a contract with American Pool to test pool water as needed from Aug. 10–Dec. 31, 2021 at $95 per visit (moved by Mr. Kraemer, seconded by Mrs. Eckenrode). All action items passed by voice vote.
