Mayor Jeff Price called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. and noted a quorum. Fire Chief David Driver led the invocation and Mayor Price led the Pledge of Allegiance.
On two roll-call votes the council approved Ordinance No. 2026-01, approving annexation of property at 1509 County Road 28 for applicant Barbara G. Minor, and Ordinance No. 2026-02, rezoning the parcel at 307 3rd Avenue N (PIN 11542, Parcel 14.11.07.36.3.005.007.002) from O-1 (Office Building District) to B-2 (General Business District).
