The vouchers were audited and certified in accordance with RCW 42.24.080 and RCW 42.24.090, as reflected in the meeting materials. No member raised questions that altered the motion; the consent agenda passed unanimously.
The council did not take additional action on specific project contracts at the meeting beyond approving the service agreement and vouchers; follow-up on individual infrastructure projects will occur through staff reports and future agenda items.
