The board approved a Recorder of Deeds quote from Optical Storage Solutions, Inc. for the Landex record alert service (setup fee $6,000 and annual support fee $2,000). The board also approved a one-year agreement with Health Network Laboratories, L.P. to provide drug testing services to Adult Probation, and ratified a third extension with North Penn Legal Services to provide ombudsman services at $3,712.25 per month.
