The agreement provides office space and outlines services for both parties. It may be renewed for an additional three years and can be terminated by either party with 60 days' written notice. The board approved the agreement by motion; roll call was unanimous.
Separately, the board adopted a proclamation acknowledging March 15–21, 2026 as "Pennsylvania 4-H Week in Carbon County," highlighting county 4-H clubs and youth development activities.
