After that discussion, Chair (S3) moved to approve the accounts payable; a trustee seconded the motion and the board took a roll-call voice vote. The motion passed 6-0.
The board did not set aside additional time to revisit the packet items beyond standard follow-up; staff will proceed with routine processing and any required contract or lease closeout steps.
