Commissioner Randy Sparacino moved to approve Order No. 71‑26 and Commissioner Colleen Roberts seconded; the motion passed with all three commissioners voting aye.
Jordan also described a Memorandum of Understanding with Oregon Health & Science University designed to facilitate sharing the status of beds to place behavioral health patients in appropriate care settings. Commissioner Colleen Roberts moved to approve Order No. 72‑26, Commissioner Randy Sparacino seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Finally, Jordan said the County will enter a Master Subscription Agreement with Omnigo Software, LLC to upgrade the physical evidence management system used by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office; the vendor’s upgrade will add evidence management features and integrate with the County’s current Report Management System from Axon Enterprise, Inc. Commissioner Randy Sparacino moved and Commissioner Colleen Roberts seconded approval of Order No. 73‑26; the motion passed with Commissioners Sparacino, Roberts and Dyer voting aye.
All three orders were read by the Chair and approved without recorded amendments. The Board adjourned at 9:42 a.m.
