School board certifies closed session, upholds superintendent's student and personnel recommendations and approves amended consent agenda

The board then moved to approve the amended consent agenda as presented; roll-call votes were recorded as 'Aye' by the same set of board members and the motion carried.

The transcript does not record any 'No' or abstain votes during the sequence presented.
