David Hopper elected chair; Sam Angelides remains vice chair of planning board

A board member nominated Hopper, who said he had enjoyed his time on the board and would like to continue serving. The board moved and voted by roll call to elect Hopper. A subsequent motion to have Angelides remain vice chair was made and carried.
The elections were procedural and were approved by roll call at the start of the meeting. The board then proceeded to act on zoning and code items on the agenda.
