Tim Shaw, serving as chair, called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. and the committee recorded those present and excused. City Clerk Wendy Loveland confirmed the meeting agendas were posted on Aug. 1, 2025 at City Hall, the library, the post office and the city website.
