Robin Jackson moved to add Radford Counseling Group as a Tazewell County CSA provider; David Taylor seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Members of the Family Assessment and Planning Team had previously agreed to add the provider before seeking CPMT approval.
The addition is intended to increase provider capacity for specialized evaluations and to reduce wait times when local contractors lack available staff. The meeting minutes note that existing local providers often have limited staffing, but they do not specify timelines for when the new provider will begin accepting referrals or whether a formal contract was executed at the meeting.
The CPMT will carry the provider addition forward as part of its routine oversight of CSA services. The CPMT’s next regular meeting is scheduled for Jan. 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
