Members discussed updating the plan’s prioritized community risk factors to include a table showing county drug-death counts and Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) incidence and to add statistical context on family substance misuse. The group set a target to present the updated data at the Dec. 15, 2025 CPMT meeting.
CPMT members also discussed developing a weeklong joint training for community resources and awareness aimed at local agencies and community partners, with location, instructional materials and instructors to be decided at a future meeting and a goal to hold the training in spring 2026.
The review referenced the broader Children’s Services Act (CSA) framework and local needs assessments. No formal vote was required for the plan updates; members agreed to return with specific data and logistics at the December meeting.
