City greenlights bids for Lincoln Ave alleys, authorizes utility relocation ahead of Trunk Highway 210 roundabout

Other routine business: the council accepted donations totaling $7,750 for the Fergus Falls Fire Department and approved presentation of claims for $1,217,695.74.
