At the April 23 meeting the ARB instructed staff to notify the building department that three certificate-of-occupancy applications substantially conform to prior ARB resolutions.

For 104 Wayne Scott Main Street the board confirmed the generator enclosure and fencing modifications now conform to the ARB resolution dated July 2, 2024. At the larger Wainscott Hollow Road property, board members found the main house, pool house and driveway gate substantially conform to the earlier approvals but flagged three on-site sculptures and a stockade modification around a generator as items that were not part of the original approvals; the applicant will submit a separate application for those elements.
All CO-related motions were moved, seconded and carried by voice vote; staff will pass the approvals to the building department for final issuance of certificates of occupancy.
